I would like to thank Puan Nalini, my English teacher as she has helped me and also my friends in finishing this blog. Next I would like to thank my brother as he helped me in doing this blog too. Besides that, my friends Dickson, Ch'ng Mun and also Amanda taught me how to include some interesting stuff in my blog. I have learnt so much while I was doing this project. I had no idea there were so many things you can include in a blog like mixpods, nice photos and also digital clocks.

Thanks again guys!

Why Should We Care For Our Parents?

Why Should We Care For Our Parents?

A simple question, an easy answer. We care for our parents because they were the ones who took the risk and sacrificed to bring us children to the world. without our parents, we wouldn't be here right now, going to school and even sitting for UPSR this year! Our parents mean the world to us.

We would never be able to repay our parents for what they did. One of the only ways is by being a good and worthy child and by getting good examination results. We as children can make our parents proud of us by respecting them, listening to their advise and also lessening their burdens. Those are the only ways to appreciate our parent's sacrifice.

Our parents punish and scold us for one reason and one reason only. Its only because our parents love and care for us. Our parents only hope that they have done their part as being a good parent and we as children have to do our part to be a good child in school, and anywhere else.

Remember, our parents are always there for us when we need them.

A Letter to The Character

Dear Caring Tree,

Hey, I've read you in the book! When I was reading the book, I was extremely sure that you are the kindest and most generous living thing on earth! You didn't mind the way the boy behaved. You didn't hesitate when the boy's greed started expanding. Instead, you gave him all that you were able to. I was happy when I read that the boy came back to you. I admire you so much. You remind me of my parents. The way you sacrificed for the boy resembles the way parents sacrifice for their children like us. The boy should be so thankful to have such a caring tree as a good friend.

~B0oK R3Vi3W~

My book review is about a story entitled "The Caring Tree".

"The Caring Tree" was written by Sheikh Hassan Seylan Abad.

The two main characters are the caring tree and the boy. The story is about a little boy that loved to play around the tree everyday. As the years passed, he grew older. He's no longer a little by but he is now a teenager and doesn't like playing with the tree. One day, he came by the tree. He wanted money to buy toys. The tree gladly let him pluck all its fruits to sell in the market. Now, the little boy who has turned into a teenager is a young man. He came back to the tree, not to play but to build a house. The tree let the boy chop all of his branches to build a house to support his wife and children The boy is now quite old. He came to the tree to ask for a boat to relax in the wide seas. As the tree loved the boy so much, he decided to let him cut of his trunk to build his boat. The boy left with a smile on his face and went sailing. He never showed up for many years. He came back to the tree after a long time. Before he could ask for anything, the tree said there is nothing left to give him, except for his dying roots. The boy who is now an old man with many wrinkles sat down, leaning on the dying roots as he only wanted to rest in peace. The tree was glad and smiled with tears of joy.

In this story, the tree symbolizes our parents. We must appreciate them as they were the ones who brought us to the world. Without our parents, we wouldn't even be here
